Shipping & Returns
Beije Store understands that you will not always love your purchase. Therefore we offer exchanges on full priced items that are returned to us within 14 days of delivery. We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.
Discounted Items are final sale.
Items must be in brand new condition with tags still attached & returned in original packaging.
Beije Store will then determine whether or not a refund is entitled once we receive the item back.
Items are Shipped back at customers cost.
If in the unlikely chance you receive a faulty item please contact hello@beijestore.com within 3 days of receiving your purchase.
Domestic Orders
Beije Store uses Australia Post & Sendle to ship all orders.
You have two options for shipping-
Express post (2-3 Business days) is $15
Standard post (up to 6 business days) $10
We always do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible. Please allow two business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
Free shipping applies for orders over $300
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Beije Store ships to most countries using Australia Post. Any Duties, Taxes & any other fees upon arrival are the customers responsibility.
Please allow 15 working days for shipping at this time.
International shipping cost is $30.
This is subject to the size of your package. If your order is bulky we will contact you with more information.
Once orders are shipped Beije Store takes no responsibility for lost or damaged parcels.
PRE ORDERS
Pre-orders require full payment upfront & will be shipped as soon as possible. The time frame shown is as accurate as possible but please keep in mind changes can occur. You will be notified if so.
